These terms of use define the ordering, payment, delivery, and complaint procedures for the products offered on this website. The website www.quadventure-livno.com may be used for your private use free of charge, subject to the terms and rules set out below. The seller is Braniteljska zadruga "RIS" p.o. (Quad Adventure Livno), and the customer places an electronic order through this website, sends it to the seller, and pays by credit card or cash on delivery.
The customer orders a product or products through the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, enters the required information, and submits the order is considered the customer. All prices are shown in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM), VAT included. The customer can also view prices in euros. Products are ordered electronically by clicking on the selected product and adding it to the cart. A product is considered ordered once the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically sound and matches the product description published on www.quadventure-livno.com. The image shown on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot file a complaint on that basis. If the customer selects product collection but is unable to collect the product due to technical issues on the seller's server, the seller undertakes to send an email with a new collection option at no additional cost. If the customer still cannot complete the collection due to technical issues on the seller's server, the customer must contact the seller's sales service, which will offer an appropriate solution without any compensation claim or further cost to the customer. In this situation, the customer is not entitled to a refund. If the customer cannot collect the product and the technical issues are not related to the seller but are caused by the customer, the operator, or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable collection or deliver the goods free of charge. The customer must collect the product within 5 (five) working days; after that, collection will no longer be possible even if payment has been made. In that case, the customer waives any complaint.
If an order is canceled, the following conditions apply:
* Quad Adventure Livno reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel the tour in case of bad weather or other justified reasons.
All payments will be made in the currency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price in euros into Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM) according to the current exchange rate of the local Bosnian bank. When your credit card is charged, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card associations. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared with the original price listed on our website.
Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
